I arrived back in Joburg last week Wednesday evening and on Thursday morning, I was already asking my mom to trek to Pretoria to buy make up. The struggle is that real, y’all. But it was worth it – I went to the opening day of the World of Nyx at Clicks in Menlyn Park (so yes – I also queued up to buy make up) and I managed to snag three amazing items for the price of two, as a bonus. All I really wanted was the Lip Lingerie but then I also remembered that I was in the market for a new setting spray and then I saw a cream contour kit in a dark enough shade and that brings us to where we are now.
Now, in my video, I know I titled it my top 5 makeup products but I probably should’ve said brands, because there were well more than 5 products that I spoke about. I also did a tutorial on this look, showcasing how I used those products to achieve it. Disclaimer: my camera’s white balance was wrong and my skin is whyling and I don’t know how to talk on camera, but I didn’t do such a bad job, right?
