the fashion people: jerri mokgofe

after my enlightening experience at #mbfwj, i realised that i needed to add in a subsection under blogger spotlight – the fashion people of south africa are actually the most interesting bunch out there, so let’s take a look at a few, starting with jerri mokgofe.

jerri, well known for his blog According To Jerri, is a blogger, online content creator/manager, fashion stylist and pr consultant – his current work can also be been on The Stylista, an online personal fashion site similar to LookBook.nu, which is actually how i met him (sort of  – i actually saw him in topshop the day of the tart/selfi show and introduced myself like a fangirl and then i met him that night at the fashion show and got photographed for stylista’s street style looks which can be found on facebook here).

like most fashion people, his personality is eclectic and electric – i felt like i knew him only after five minutes! the same can be said of his style. last september, he did a five day style diary with elle magazine south africa and he was also a guest flogger at a fashion friend here.

jerri is definitely a fashion person of influence, so be sure to keep up with him on his blog, twitter, instagram and facebook.
